3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

All balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited upon discovery.

3.4 Employee Restriction

Employees, contractors, agents, and any affiliated parties of 444cuci and its associated service providers are prohibited from registering as players or participating in any promotional offer unless explicitly authorised in writing by 444cuci management.

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your withdrawal requests being withheld until satisfactory documentation is provided. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission during business days.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 444cuci will never ask for your password. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 444cuci accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Terms of Use

5.1 Acceptable Use

By accessing and using the 444cuci platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use this platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to 444cuci or any other user
• Interferes with the normal operation of the platform, including through the use of automated bots, scripts, or data scraping tools
• Involves the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Exploits software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Involves collusion with other players or any form of cheating
• Constitutes money laundering or the placement of funds derived from criminal activity

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444cuci and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds upon detection:

• Opening or operating multiple player accounts
• Using any form of betting software, artificial intelligence, or automated betting strategy that creates an unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse — the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits. 6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• 444cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above RM5,000

6.4 Processing Times

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes; direct bank wire transfers within fifteen to sixty (15–60) minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and may vary during peak periods or Malaysian public holidays.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on 444cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). 444cuci does not charge currency conversion fees, as MYR is the platform's native currency. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside 444cuci's control and remain your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

444cuci offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback incentives, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 444cuci are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty times before the bonus balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

444cuci employs detection mechanisms to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging, account sharing for bonus accumulation, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotional participation. In serious cases, the account may be suspended and remaining real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Gaming Rules

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before participating. 444cuci does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game or market.

8.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets available on 444cuci include Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other international sporting events. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 444cuci's discretion

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this platform without the prior written consent of 444cuci.

The 444cuci name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the operating entity. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 444cuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 444cuci's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses

Under no circumstances shall 444cuci be liable for: loss of profits; loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 444cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Third-Party Services

444cuci is not responsible for the conduct or availability of third-party services, including payment providers such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or any other external service provider. Any disputes with payment providers must be directed to those providers directly.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Grounds for Suspension

444cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Provided false or misleading registration or KYC information
• Colluded with other players or engaged in match-fixing activities
• Been found to be under the age of 21
• Created multiple accounts in contravention of Section 3.3

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon request, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to RM10 per month after the first twelve-month dormancy period. 444cuci will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before any such fee is applied. The remaining balance will never be reduced below zero.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 444cuci operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and 444cuci, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures specified by 444cuci's regulatory framework. You agree to this dispute resolution mechanism as a condition of using the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

444cuci reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 444cuci platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange the return of your remaining balance.
